DanAds is an ad tech company based in Sweden. Our mission is to work together with Publishers to provide them with the best self-serve advertising platform, that manages one-to-one guaranteed buying relationships with their signed clients, sales teams and walk-in advertisers. Through the easy-to-use platforms we build for our clients, advertisers of any size and level of expertise can buy advertising campaigns from some of the biggest publishers in the world. Campaigns in the channels display, native, video, radio, print and much more can start delivering within minutes from the purchase.

The Project Manager plays an important role in being responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling all technical and non-technical work performed by the cross-functional project team for our clients. The primary goal of this role is to ensure that high-quality ad management solutions are delivered to the customer according to contractual obligations and within the agreed timeline and budget.
Location for the role is Stockholm.

RESPONSIBILITY AREAS & DUTIES

Primary responsibilities

• Understands the project scope and business context with the sales representative
• Gathers required resources and build-up cross-functional project team
• Sets up project management infrastructure/workspace
• Ensures that project team is provided with required tools and environments
• Manages work breakdown structure and project scope
• Organizes and drives work size and effort estimation performed by team members
• Manages overall project budget and timeline
• Leads release/sprint planning activities in line with the project objectives
• Monitors and controls project tasks up to the completion
• Manages project issues and risks up to the closure
• Maintains overall project performance appropriate to the plans and objectives
• Keeps stakeholders in touch with current project progress, risks, and status updates
• Coordinates solution release and customer acceptance activities
• Seeks feedback from the customer and implement improvements
• Ensures project’s information security and process excellence and take corrective actions as necessary

Supplemental duties

• Organizes and handles regular time reporting activity
• Approve hours spent by team members for project tasks
• Organizes and facilitates project team meetings
• Conduct regular F2F meetings with project team members
• Provides regular management reporting

QUALIFICATION

Should have

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-3 years experience years of experience in project management, with a strong background in IT and software engineering
• Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects from initiation to completion
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
