Client Partner / Senior Client Partner
DanAds, recognized as a top tech company, is seeking an experienced Client Partner or Senior Client Partner to join our Commercial Team at our New York office. This role involves managing a diverse customer portfolio and spearheading revenue growth initiatives through innovative marketing and sales strategies.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility is to help maximize the revenue potential of your clients' Ad-Commerce platforms, ensuring they are fully equipped to scale and automate their business operations with DanAds’ technology.
Key duties include:
- Drive platform revenue by equipping clients with best marketing and sales practices
- Onboard new clients through platform education and effective go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with our Project Management team on development projects
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers
- Serve as a client advocate, ensuring their needs are prioritized and addressed
- Analyze client data to develop strategies that enhance their business performance
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess and optimize platform performance
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to provide proactive advice to clients
- Identify and execute opportunities for upselling to enhance client services and increase revenue.
- Assist the Sales team with pre-sales activities, including presentations on best go-to-market practices
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is highly organized, positive, and committed to continuous learning and excellence in the field. You should be able to handle high-pressure situations and manage high-value clients with confidence.
Additional qualifications include:
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, proficient in managing client relationships
- Self-starter, proactive, can work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Background in Advertising, AdTech Marketing, Consulting, or Digital Media
- Data analysis skills to inform business and client strategies
- Effective in an entrepreneurial environment, managing complex client needs
- Some work travel is required, including trips to client sites, industry events, and Stockholm HQ
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Must be based in the NYC area and willing to primarily work from our Midtown office
Base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $125,000, plus a commission structure based on performance.
