About the role
The DanAds marketing department is looking for a passionate content marketing specialist to take ownership of our product and service storytelling and content.
The primary responsibilities of the Content Marketing Specialist are:
- Content creation to effectively communicate the value proposition and offerings of the company to the target audience through various forms of content, such as blog posts, case studies, ebooks, white papers, infographics, and others.
- Content management to ensure the organization and up-to-date accessibility of the company's content library. Performance tracking of each piece of content to inform future content creation efforts will also be expected.
- Content distribution to the appropriate channels and audiences through the identification of the best channels and execution of a content distribution plan.
Day-to-day tasks will include:
- Create, execute and manage the content calendar
- Create highly entertaining and well researched value-adding short form content, either front-facing and/or collaborating with key stakeholders (staff, community, clients)
- Identify trending concepts and collaborate with creative teams to quickly produce and distribute content
- Brainstorm and produce content shoots both on-site and off-siteCreate edits and iterations of both created and existing content according to brand-aligned content strategies for channels including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and paid media
- Write copy and scripts, design, and distribute social media posts that build brand awareness, sustain the curiosity of audiences, and generate virality through knowledge of hooks, narratives, CTAs
- Conduct market research on audience preferences and latest industry trends to create and develop relevant branded content
- Working closely with the department to develop various projects and campaigns that ultimately drive follower and engagement growth
- Measure and analyze post campaign success using defined KPIs
- Suggest ways to optimize systems, content, engagement and conversions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Facilitate and engage in conversations with customers, community, and network
Minimum requirements
Applicants will be considered if they have:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position
- High aptitude at creating and delivering creative content (image, video, and text)
- Legal right to work in the USA
- Fluency in English
