Growth Manager

In this role you'll get to work with clients such as eBay, TripAdvisor, Bloomberg and Truecaller, and will be part of disrupting how the Ad industry works!

DanAds is on a mission to democratise digital Ads through self-service and give all global Media owners a fully automated self-service infrastructure that enables them to reach entirely new advertiser segments and focus on revenue driven tasks instead of manual administration.

We are the leading provider of digital advertising self-service platform which comes with the best features of ad forecasting, one-to-one direct programmatic, targeting options and ad-tools for publishers and advertisers. We work with some of the biggest companies in the Industry, such as eBay, Bloomberg Media Group, Philips, TripAdvisor and Truecaller.

We're a small but tight-knit team challenging the very foundation of how the Ad industry works.

We are hiring a growth manager to DanAds Business Insight team, our client growth and success team, focusing on making sure our clients self-service advertising businesses are as successful as possible through the use of data and analytics, best-practices B2B marketing activities & processes and growth tools.

What You’ll Do

As  Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving and supporting the growth of our clients self-service ad platforms, by making sure acquisition and activation of platform advertisers are as high as possible. You will work in the commercial team and will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and work directly with our clients such as eBay, TripAdvisor and Truecaller, supporting them with marketing and growth activities.

You Will

  • Identify strategies, tactics and tools to propel our clients’ platform growth and businesses. Work continuously on improving our best-practice growth methodologies for acquisition, conversion and activation of our client’s end users (Advertisers).
  • Work with and take part in regular project meetings with our clients 
  • Lead cross functional growth initiatives and choose core focus areas and objectives for the growth team to work on and identifying new tools and processes to implement to support growth.
  • Work both on strategic and operational level as we're still in start-up mode and you will need to get your "hands dirty" sometimes and act in a support role and similar
  • Use data analytics tools to understand and analyse user journeys and identify issues or areas to improve in clients’ platforms, and implement marketing or growth activities and tools based on the analysis
  • Define, set up processes for and executing on digital marketing strategies tailored for each client’s platform business
  • Implement ‘non technical’ optimization initiatives, including planning, idea management, testing, optimization, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Growth monitoring – keep track on significant metrics changes in order to mitigate negative ones and take advantage of positive ones.

Who You Are

Besides being a self starter that gets things done, we believe the right person has:

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years experience from growth management or customer success, preferably within B2C/B2B start-ups and / or mid-size organizations, or management/digital consulting
  • Experience in running successful growth hacking initiatives and workflows
  • Experience of working in client-facing roles
  • A wizard with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting as well as presenting data to other team members, clients and stakeholders
  • Experience and knowledge of growth tools such as chat widgets, auto-messaging, cart abandonment email tools and other
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Project management experience of small to medium sized teams
